Pyrography with soldering iron on wooden breakfast board. (Too hard wood, too cold iron, sadly.)
The second one. This time, plus some light acrylic-ink-glazing.

I only added the acrylic as an afterthought. Otherwise I might have aimed for some softer shading on the nose for example
I made both for christmas 2014, didn't quite finish this one on time...so it only changed hands last year.)
